A drug-free gel made from two ingredients that acts like a sponge for irritants. Our Starter Kit is ideal for those curious about how Enterosgel can support their daily routine. It includes a 225g tube of Enterosgel and a pack of 10 On-The-Go Sachets.

How to use

Simply mix the tasteless gel in water.

Dosage

Mix Enterosgel with room-temperature water. Take 1 to 2 hours before or after meals.

Always follow the age-specific instructions on the pack. One adult serving is 15g.

We recommend starting with 2–3 servings per day for 2–3 weeks to see how Enterosgel fits into your routine, then adjusting to suit your daily needs.

You can tailor your servings day-to-day based on how you're feeling:
A double serving up to 3 times a day for more intensive support.
A single serving once a day for lighter, ongoing use
Maximum 6 servings per day.

Is it actually worth the price?

Enterosgel is something you keep in your kitchen cupboard or travel kit alongside plasters and pain relief.

Does it taste bad?

Enterosgel is genuinely tasteless. It's not a mask of flavour, there's just nothing there. Most people drink it with water, but it can also be added to oral rehydration mixes or milk (including breast milk or formula).

What if I'm already feeling sick already?

Enterosgel captures irritants on contact in the gut. The standard adult dose is one tablespoon (or one sachet), with a second dose 4-6 hours later if needed.

When will it arrive?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2 working days.

Yes — Enterosgel is generally safe to take alongside other medicines. Because it works by capturing substances in your gut, the standard guidance is to leave a 2-hour gap between Enterosgel and any other oral medication or food. If you take prescription medication, check with your pharmacist or doctor before using.
